About HPC Enterprises

Ray Agnello, Sr. with a degree in Chemical Engineering, started with a pest control business in 1973. Called Harford Pest Control, Ray started with one truck, himself as the only employee. Over the next few years he expanded to include waterproof along with the termite soil pre-treat. Being the first in the area to offer both services.

Changing the name to HPC Enterprises, in the mid 1980’s, we grew to a 2-truck operation and started offering drain tile along with our other services. Today, HPC has a fleet of trucks, warehouse and office in Harford County, Maryland. We are members in good standing with the MHBA, NHBA, MPCA and NPCA. We are one of the few in the area licensed to offer Tremco Barrier Solution Products, including their Watchdog® and Tuff-n-Dri® Waterproof and Draintile systems. Both offering warranties. Our vehicles are outfitted to provide all services in one trip. Still a family owned, reliable and dependable company providing quality service to all our Builders.
